CLC: Operations Manager - Omaha

Job Duties: The individual in this position will be responsible for assisting with all of S4's Omaha operations. This includes day-to-day execution of the USAMS III Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle and ITCC II in support of USTRATCOM and its Component organizations. These duties include but are not limited to the following:

Respond to Task Orders to include proposal development and candidate search.

Assist with developing and maintaining program management plans, quality plans, processes, schedules and performance of awarded USAMS III Task Orders;

Support work on ITCC II;

Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.

Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress.

Required Skills:

        5 years of program/project management experience

        Proposal management and development experience

        Very strong oral and written communication skills are required.

        Ability to work closely with S4 Inc. teammates.

Previous experience working at USSTRATCOM and/or one of its Components is desired

Qualifications:

Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Products

Current Top Secret Clearance
