Job Duties: This Operations Manager (OM) position will be responsible for assisting with the USAMS III S4 Program Management Office (PMO) day-to-day execution of the USAMS III Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle in support of USTRATCOM and its Component organizations in the following areas:
• Respond to Task Orders to include proposal development and candidate search
• Develop and maintain program management plans, quality plans, processes, schedules and performance of awarded USAMS III Task Orders
• Assess project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives
• Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress

Required Skills:
• 5 years of program/project management experience
• Proposal management and development experience
• Very strong oral and written communication skills are required. This position will work closely with S4 Inc USAMS III teammates.
• Previous experience working at USSTRATCOM and/or one of its Components

Qualifications:
• Expert knowledge at the use of Microsoft Office Products
• Current Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility
