Experience Requirements:

• Operations Research/Systems Analysis SMEs must individually have 7 years of experience in a wide range of methods and techniques used in operations research; quantitative techniques and methods used to develop, adapt, modify, and apply models to resolve problems or define and clarify alternative solutions; participation in study teams; originating new ideas, projects, and methodologies; and executing projects and/or studies within established financial and/or time constraints; developing and utilizing appropriate data collection techniques

• Critical thinking skills, both qualitatively and quantitatively
• Ability to prepare a well-grounded, defensible argument
• Understand the interrelationships between domain of expertise and other domains
• Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
• At least 2 years' experience conducting mission analysis, developing objectives, effects/measures.
• Strong technical and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team of effectiveness, tasks/measures of performance, and indicators.

• Current active Top Secret) (TS) security clearance

Desired Qualifications:

• Familiarity with USSTRATCOM organization desired
• Experience with existing military service data structures and analytic tools across Joint Staff, CAPE, and other DoD agencies
• Experience with acquisition strategies, acquisition program baselines, analyses, and risk reduction plans
