Position Description:

S4 Inc. is looking for qualified individuals provide Knowledge Management (KM) Support Services to the United States Army Reserve Command (USARC). The Program Manager shall have overall responsibility for the successful performance of the contract, including management of contract personnel (administration, life support, Contractor conduct/discipline, etc.), functional and resource management of day-to-day operations, workforce development, and strategic relationships.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Ensure alignment and compliance with operational standards, priorities, and strategic initiatives.
• Maintain program scope and budget while ensuring program performance meets the administrative, personnel, equipment, and technical requirements of the Statement of Work and will implement solutions to mitigate challenges during daily operations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer contact and inquiries, general correspondence, requests for technical and pricing data, and other program transactions. Clearly communicating all issues to the customer to meet the required satisfaction standards and actively monitor the customer's satisfaction

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years' experience in DOD Staff Leadership, contract and resource management, and planning and execution of project strategy;
• Minimum of six (6) years' experience in teaching and/or instruction;
• Minimum of two (2) years' experience in project management and formal Knowledge Management (KM) experience.
• Must be Project Management Professional (PMP) certified and have completed a formal course of instruction in Knowledge Management.
