Job Description

Leads a team providing support for the US Army Identity Credential and Access Management (ICAM) Services contract supporting systems on both Non-classified Internet Protocol (IP) Router Network (NIPRNet) and Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNet). The PM will provide management and oversight of all activities to satisfy contract requirements. The PM will manage project cost, schedule, and performance utilizing integrated program management processes across all aspects of the contract.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Provide human resources management, data/deliverable management, risk management, configuration control, test and evaluation management, and monitor Information Assurance (IA) activities and impacts.
• Work products produced as part of this activity include a Project Management Plan (PMP), initial Integrated Baseline Review (IBR), weekly Joint Status Reviews (JSR), and required weekly/monthly reports to include any discrepancies.
• Assist with the migration of the ICAM solution to the cloud, specifically identity data.
• Deliver overall project status and a detailed description of tasks completed in sprint status reports.
• Provide innovation, efficiency in the areas of web site design or enhancement, administration, content management and identity management:
• Provide engineering Tier 2 and/or Tier 3 support to customers as required to resolve all support issues, specifically Enterprise Access Management Service Army (EAMS-A) and Directory Service.
• Develop and maintain Communications Plan.
• Participate in cross-organizational Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) on an ad-hoc basis to facilitate communication and activity coordination among the Contractor, subcontractors and Government teams.
• Manage risk management program which provides a process for identifying, tracking and managing schedule and performance risks.
• Develop, implement and maintain system configuration management processes, tools and infrastructure support across all aspects of the contract to facilitate attainment of all objectives.
• Provide a System Configuration Management Plan (SCMP).
• Deliver meeting minutes for all meetings conducted by the Contractor.
• Establish and execute Incident and Problem Management protocols for all systems incidents and outages.
• Update and modernize Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) software products, where required to obtain an optimal user experience by analyzing existing solutions and configuring software support services as needed.
• Perform other technical and management duties as required.
