Education: Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited college or university in program management, business management, economics, political science, computer science, engineering, law, Government contracting, finance/accounting, or related discipline; a Master's Degree may be substituted for two (2) years of relevant experience.
Experience: Minimum five (5) years of experience as a Program Manager
Certification: A minimum of DAWIA Level III, CAPM, or Project Management Professional or Program Management Professional certification
Clearance: Current/Active TS+

This candidate should have experience within DoD information and communication networks in countering cyberspace threats and assuring access to cyberspace. This experience should be providing Advisory and Assistance Services support to headquarters/command level organizations throughout all operating levels in support of all functional requirements including but not limited to: Command and Control (C2), and Intelligence and Mission support areas.

Job Duties:
• Develop program management plans, program documentation, work breakdown structures, program schedules, integrated master schedules, financial reports, and risk management documentation.
• Provide charts, tables, graphs and diagrams to assist in analyzing and effectively presenting information.
• Review risk and risk mitigation activities of the program and proposes budgets for the same
• Responsible for the successful cost, schedule, and performance requirements on multiple task orders.
• Responsible for defining the project scope and objectives, organizing, coordinating, and implementing the project concepts.
• Responsible for day-to-day management direction, ensuring quality standards, project tracking and analysis of assigned aspects of assigned project.
• Perform Program Management functions necessary to ensure effective execution of tasks described.
• Provides an interface between the COR and contractor Personnel to satisfy contractual requirements.
• Interface with all areas affected by the program including other USCYBERCOM Directorates, Cyber National Mission Forces, Service Components, other Government organizations, end users, and information technology services

Qualifications:
