FSO Duties:

 

        Manage the Industrial Security Programs of the S4 office in Colorado Springs and supports the Corporate security officer ensuring compliance with the National Industrial Security Program (NISPOM)

        Implement DOD procedures for classified document control, visitor control, visit requests, personnel security and physical security

        Supervise and direct security measures necessary for implementing applicable requirements of the NISPOM and related Federal requirements for classified information

        Direct and coordinate activities of personnel in revising or updating security measures in accordance with new or revised regulations

        Conduct security education awareness at new hire orientations

        Hold annual security training for all employees (cleared and un-cleared) and maintain training attendance records

        Conduct new employee initial security briefing that includes threat awareness, defensive security, security classification system, reporting obligations and requirements, and security procedures and duties applicable to the employee's job

        Interpret personnel security regulations, policies and procedures to provide guidance and assistance to supervisors/managers

        Execute the Classified Information Nondisclosure Agreement (NDA) (SF 312) before employees have access to classified information

        Maintain visitor control logs and direct the receptionist on proper procedures of visitor control and handling of incoming mail

        Obtain and brief defensive security, threat awareness, and other education and training information and material from Corporate Office or other sources

        Work with Gov't security liaison as they conduct investigations of any security incidents and review final reports for any lessons learned or corrective actions.

        Prepare reports with various government customers

        Responsible for the on-boarding of all new hires for Colorado Springs office (e.g., collecting new hire forms to submit to Human Resources and processes the I9 form)

 

Deputy Program Manager Duties:

        Assist PM with day to day operations of the contract to include personnel actions, on-boarding, contract requirements and staffing.

        Oversees monthly government contractual reporting by tracking, reviewing and editing all reports.

        Assists with proposal development to include writing, editing and reviewing documents.

        Assists with identifying new personnel requisitions to include developing requirements, tracking and interviewing new candidates.

        Assists the PM with sourcing, tracking and capture of all new business opportunities

 

Deputy Facility Manager Duties:

        Responsible for overall security (badging, keys, codes, alarms, etc.) of all facilities and serves as alternate contact for alarm company emergency calls.

        Responsible for the successful day-to-day operations of all office facilities.  Manages the maintenance of office space and office equipment including the layout, arrangement and housekeeping of office facilities (such as cleaning, recycling, heating & air, water, general repairs, moves, cubical set-up, etc.) acting as the alternate liaison with the building's landlord.

        Implements appropriate safety programs, policies and procedures to ensure that all employees are trained as needed to ensure a safe & healthful work environment. 

        Plans for and negotiates the purchase of furniture, equipment, etc. in accordance with company purchasing policies and budgetary restrictions

 

Qualifications:

  • Active Top Secret clearance
  • BS Degree
  • 3-5 years of current hands-on experience in Security is desired
