Position Description/ Summary:

• Gather, document and manage IT requirements from internal and external clients
• Assist developers, Quality/Governance and J6 personnel and other stakeholders in understanding requirements and proposed functionality
• Support Process Owners and Process Managers in developing and fostering client relationships
• Develop proposals based on Performance Work Statement (PWS) requirements
• Assist with Statement of Work (SOW) if required for subcontracts
• Confirm developed service package or proposal meets agreed requirements
• Coordinate with project manager on changes or development of project documents as needed
• Work in fast paced environment, managing assignment to complete them within the appointed time frames and IAW the Government/commercial requirements
• Manage proposal process to develop proposals based on PWS or RFP requirements
• Perform as a Project Coordinator or Lead as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

• Successful candidates should have a Bachelor's degree or 2+ years relevant experience
• Strong writing and communication skills
• ITILv3 Foundation certification or the ability to obtain certification within 30 days of hiring
• Active current Secret clearance 
• Previous experience supporting a Government and/or Department of Defense customer
• Experience with USAF/DoD systems
• Proposal writing experience in responding to Government RFPs
• Minimum of 2-3 years of technical writing and/or quality assurance experience

Desired Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Information Systems or related field
• Experience with server and desktop technical support
• Technical skills in areas of storage/systems administration, VMware virtualization, and/or system engineering
• Experience preparing, reviewing, editing, certifying, and controlling technical documents
• Must possess excellent skills in grammar, spelling, writing/sentence structure, time management, research, and organizational and planning skills
• Strong skills in MS Office Suite, Excel, Visio
• Experience with SCSM ticketing system a plus
• ITILv3 Foundations certification
