Job Duties:
• Instruct, mentor and assess Intelligence Exploitation Teams and lead others to include evaluating performance
• Develop and maintain a library of Event Drill Guides, Training Scenario Packages, and Master Scenario Events List (MSEL) for evaluation/assessment events.
• Oversee the Development and maintenance of HUMINT, Tactical Electronic Warfare (EW) reference tools, for example, Job Qualification Requirements and Users Guides.
• Coordinate with multiple organizations and commands to schedule and reserve training venues consisting of ranges, buildings and vessels for training exercises and events
• Assist the N7 Training Officer identifying required resources to execute training and evaluation events. Required resources include, but are not limited to props, role players, rental vehicles, and equipment within NEIC's table of allowance.
• Ensure lessons learned and best practices from previous exercises and operational employment, and appropriate service and joint units, are implemented into IET training and exercises are documented and provided to the customer.
• Plan and implement ORM into evaluation/assessment events.
• Assist in evaluating NMETL proficiency during Fleet Response Training Plan (FRTP) events. These events include, but are not limited to, Unit Level Training (ULT), Unit Level Training and Readiness Assessment (ULTRA) and Final Evaluation Problem (FEP).
• Assist NEIC Command Training Team members through exercise role-playing.
• Assist the NEIC training Officer in the execution of NEIC training and assessment plans using the Plan, Brief, Execute, Debrief process.
• Mentor IETs throughout the training and assessment cycle through application of extensive experience in Tactical EW, and intelligence analysis. Review, assist and mentor IET preparation of exercise documents such as Concept of Operations, Operations Orders, etc.


Required Skills: The individual in this position must have the knowledge, skills, and ability to be able to:
• Conduct requirements identification, development, maintenance and conduct of live and constructive training and assessment of NEIC IETs across the HUMINT, Tactical EW, intelligence analysis, Maritime Interception Operations/Visit, Board, Search and Seizure (MIO/VBSS), and personal protection capability areas.
• Refine/improve and conduct NEIC IET live and constructive training and assessment; and develop, execute and assess live and constructive training exercise scenarios sufficient for NEIC units to achieve Major Combat Operations (MCO) – certification.
• Develop live and constructive training exercise scenarios and all requirements supporting materials, background information and documents that support IET training and certification assessment during participation in NEIC exercises.
• Identify training event drills required of IETs to accomplish their primary assigned missions through an analysis of NEIC's NMETL tasks, conditions, and standards anticipated in MCOs and through a review of NEIC's Required Operational Capabilities/Projected Operating Environment (ROC/POE).
• Identify evaluation criteria that accurately replicate the HUMINT, Tactical EW, intelligence analysis, MIO/VBSS, and personal protection skills required of IETs in MCOs.
• Provide direct supervision to senior analysts and tactical EW instructors


Qualifications:
• Possess problem-solving, communication, and client relationship skills relevant to work in a military setting with junior Sailors, senior commissioned and staff non-commissioned officers and U.S. Government civilians. The contractors must have expert skill & knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint).
• Must be PMP certified or Lean Six Sigma certified
