Overview: S4 Inc. employee selected for this position will be leading a team of System and Intelligence Analysts, Functional Experts, and Subject Matter Experts supporting USSTRATCOM in planning, developing, executing, and analysis of USSTRATCOM joint exercises and wargames. You will be the direct interface between the contractor personnel and the USSTRATCOM/J7 Contracting Officer Representative (COR).

Specific Duties: In this position you will be responsible for:

• Managing contractor employees to ensure all contractor activities are performed in accordance with existing standards, policies, and established schedules
• Provide task management support including development of a project plan
• Review task milestones and deliverables
• Coordinate support for contractor personnel in- and out-processing
• Assist in monitoring financial data and burn rates

Skills: Ability to work both independently and in a team environment with clients and vendors, demonstrated technical leadership skills, good verbal and written communication skills. Have a solid understanding of the design of complex databases (e.g., schema and subschema details) so limitations/deficiencies can be identified.

Qualifications:

• Active current Top Secret+ security clearance
• 5 years of experience managing DoD projects and tasks to include managing scope, schedule, quality, and budget
• Bachelor's degree or higher
