LCAT:

Overview: Provide services to develop and conduct vulnerability assessments in accordance with OSD, Joint Staff, USSTRATCOM direction and guidance, Service, and Combatant Command direction and guidance and the JEPAC mission, as well as develop, document and continuously improve the JEPAC vulnerability assessment process model. You will research and understand emerging, relevant EW/EMS technology at multiple classification levels and strive to incorporate appropriate systems into JEPAC assessments.

Specific Duties:

• Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for the entirety of the JEPAC portfolio
• Develop, convene, and conduct quarterly JEPAC risk boards
• Track the progress and completion of work assignments, maintain unit-wide project files and assist with file structure, perform unit-wide support services such as facility manager and VTC manager.

Qualifications:

• The Project/Program Control manager must possess over 5 years of demonstrated relevant experience in the following:
• Managing operational assessment schedules, cost databases, and logistical requirements for JEPAC daily activities, assessment planning, and execution
• Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project or other scheduler type software
• Assisting in the development and submission of formal classified mission reports (DRRS, TMT, JTIMS)
• Assisting in the development of repeatable, efficient processes for execution on events
• Assisting in the identification of mission risk pertaining to cost, schedule, and performance
• Preparing and submitting products to JEPAC leadership on risks, issues, and concerns
• Preparing resource requests for the Operations division
• Ensuring the dissemination of guidance based on the JEPAC leadership strategy
• Program Management Professional (PMP) certification
