Job Duties:

        Responsible to insure Conduct Quality control of incidents to maintain compliance with CJCSM 6510 are conducted as necessary.  Responsible for developing, maintaining and executing the Quality Control Plan, creating reports, addressing trends and escalating as appropriate; addressing CDRs and providing a response and solution as needed.

        Review all data obtained during all quality assurance activities to ensure consistency with company policies and procedures.

        Develop new approaches to solve problems identified during quality assurance activities.

        Prepare and present technical and program information to the management team.

        Maintain a working knowledge of government and industry quality assurance codes and inspection standards.

        Lead investigations into complaints regarding quality, ensure systems are in place to address quality issues and complaints.

        Continuously develop and improve the adequacy of existing Quality Control procedures and processes.

        Lead, mentor, & coach your QC team by promoting a culture of quality awareness.

        Lead and guide improvement initiatives and make high-value improvements across the program.

        Adhere to the Quality Plan to drive performance using ISO and ITIL standards.

        Ensure compliance with ISO and ITIL standards.

        Ensure compliance with policies and procedures and provide guidance on related disciplines.

        Seek, share and assist in institutionalizing best practices.

        Ensure operational personnel comply with established and applicable policies and procedures.

        Conduct audits, inspections to ensure compliance with policies and procedures and implements corrective actions as required.

        Perform other Quality Assurance duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

        Active/current Secret clearance

        You will be required to be certified in: IAT Level II Baseline Certification: Security+ or higher.

        ITIL Foundation Certification IT Services Management

        BS in CS or an Information Technology Engineering is desired

        10+ years' experience in the same or similar operations working in a technical environment

        5 years of experience in a leadership position

        5+ years of IT Operations environment support experience

        Minimum five (5) years demonstrated/practical hands-on experience working in a DoD enterprise network environment
