Job Title: Recruiting Assistant

Work Location: Colorado Springs, CO

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred

Experience: 1-3 years  

Travel: Ability to attend local career events

Salary: Commensurate with experience

Specific Duties:

  • Provide support to the Recruiting department creating and posting job advertisements on job websites
  • Scheduling and organizing interviews with potential candidates
  • Prepare documents, screen tests, interview questions, and other relevant documents
  • Explain requirements and duties to candidates, as well as assist the Recruiter in screening candidates and maintain a good relationship with employees, employers, and candidates
  • Other tasks include keeping records of all candidates, participating in recruitment events, and maintaining internal company databases.
  • Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system
  • Provide a high-quality experience for every potential candidate through effective communication and consistent follow-through
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with an applicant tracking system such as Taleo
