Schedule: Monday Friday, some weekends are possible

Specific Duties:
SCCM duties include:
- Experience with SCCM and recent experience with SCCM 2016 or SCCM 2012 R2 in an enterprise environment
- Create and administer advertisements, programs, collections, and custom reports in SCCM
- Troubleshooting failed SCCM deployments and SCCM health issues
- Administer SCCM software delivery including various methods such as running advertised programs, machine targeted, user targeted and large scale deployments.
- Administer the SCCM back end to keep the system running and healthy, including upgrades and changes to core components, site boundaries and bandwidth settings.
- Manage and administer SCCM client health including client remediation
- Manage and administer SCCM desired state
- Other tasks as assigned
SCOM duties include:
- Analyzes, logs, tracks and resolves complex software/hardware matters of significance pertaining to networking connectivity issues, printer, servers, and applications to meet business needs
- Coordinates hardware/software installations and upgrades to ensure work is properly performed in accordance with company policy
- Recommends resolution to complex matters of significance and coordinates the implementation of the approved course of action
- Coordinates and monitors troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common system problems; documents system events to ensure continuous functioning
- Recommends course of action and implements as approved
- Oversees the installation of client department-specific applications and systems
- Ensures installations are in accordance with appropriate operating procedures; determines revisions or updates to installation as needed
- Coordinates testing, upgrades and configuration of system files and services
- Ensures changes are in accordance with appropriate operating procedures; recommends revisions or changes based upon results
- Prepares for and prescribes approaches to possible downstream implications
- Other tasks as assigned
Skills:
- Perform administrative task from the Service Manager console.
- Perform administrative task from the Configuration Manager console
- Perform administrative task from the Orchestrator Manager console
- Perform administrative task from the Operations Manager console
- Develop and execute test plans for deployed solutions
- Validate patches and security policies for enterprise tools and operating systems
- Grant permissions to allow responsible groups to manage resources and work queues
- Utilize verbal and written communication skills to maintain accurate system documentation and provide training as required
- Manage customer satisfaction through effectively communicating and managing customer expectations
Qualifications:
- Current Active Secret
- Current Security +CE certification and current Windows Server 2012 certification
- BS/BA; or HS Diploma/GED and 5+ years of experience in lieu of degree
- Ability to work weekend shifts when needed
- Previous experience supporting government and/or Department of Defense customers
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Strong investigative drive and listening skills, self-motivated individuals
- 5+ years IT work experience in a global information technology infrastructure environment
- Understanding of the other System Center Products
