CLC: SOCNORTH ISR Analyst

Job Duties:

        Perform intelligence analysis for Counterterrorism (CT), Counter-Weapons of Mass Destruction Terrorism (CWMD-T) and Illicit Pathways (IP).   The contractor shall advises SOCNORTH personnel on terrorist organization constructs, capabilities and vulnerabilities.

        Advise the SOCNORTH J2 on planning, tasking, processing, exploitation and dissemination of intelligence derived from strategic, national and tactical ISR platforms.

        Plan the appropriate collection method and subsequent gathering of intelligence data.  Selects the proper technique and process to collect tactical, operational and strategic information using Human Intelligence (HUMINT), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT), Imagery Intelligence (IMINT), Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) and Foreign Instrumentation Signals Intelligence (FISINT)

        Provide management with the intelligence information derived from ISR assets to maximize the commander's forces' effectiveness.

        Disseminate multi-source intelligence information, including classified and unclassified, within their assigned defined geographical or functional area of responsibility.  The intelligence will be used by SOCNORTH personnel for operations planning.

Required Skills: The work will require expertise, and practical operational experience in support of the SOCNORTH mission:

        Understanding of the USNORTHCOM and SOCNORTH organizations and missions.

        Experience with providing CWMD-T and IP analysis.

        Experience with collecting tactical, operational and strategic information using various collection methods

Qualifications:

        Previous J2 experience in a Combatant Command or one of its components

        Previous experience using JWICS 

        Experience with Microsoft Office suite of tools
