CLC: SOCNORTH Security Management Specialist

Job Duties:

        Provide support to Special Operations Command NORTH (SOCNORTH) Command Security Management Office (CSMO)/ Special Security Office (SSO) for Security Operations in the government's managing of SOCNORTH Physical Security, Information Security, Personnel Security, Industrial Security, Intelligence Oversight, security incidents, Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) accreditation and the Security Education Training and Awareness (SETA).

        Distribute security guidance developed by SOCNORTH CSMO/SSO to SOCNORTH customers world-wide.

        Maintain comprehensive security awareness on personnel, information, physical, Operations Security (OPSEC) and Anti-Terrorism Force Protection (ATFP) security programs.

        Provide specialized support, expertise and products that facilitate the Collateral and SSO activities, capabilities, and programs by assisting in the development/application of policies and procedures related to the administration of the Command Security Management program.

        Assist the Site Security Specialist (SSS) and assist in maintaining and updating a Construction Security Plan (CSP) for each construction project.

Required Skills:

        Previous Command Security Management Office experience

        Previous Special Security Office support experience 

        Experience with Microsoft Office suite of tools

Qualifications:

        Experience with providing strategic level national and military advice

        Experience with working POM initiatives
