Position Description:

S4 Inc. is looking for qualified individuals to serve as Database Administration (DBA)/Structured Query Language (SQL) Administrator to provide technical support in the setting up and maintaining of system databases on classified and unclassified networks, including SIPRNET, NIPRNET, CENTCOM Partner Networks, and the Combined Enterprise Regional Information Exchange System (CENTRIXS) and up to three additional networks (e.g. CPN-X, BICES) within USARCENT buildings. This is in support of the U.S. Army Central as it conducts shaping operations in the United States Central Command Area of Responsibility (AOR).

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide security authentication for database servers
• Provide database administration for all USARCENT SQL requirements
• Afford systems administration for NIPRNET and SIPRNET physical/virtual SQL Clusters
• Maintain and rehearse the Disaster Recovery Plan, Perform Backup and Restore SQL database
• Configure, fill, and maintain the encryption devices used to provide secured communications
• Provide SharePoint administration for SharePoint SQL Server Database (NIPRNET, SIPRNET)
• Perform security baseline and enforce (Risk Management Framework) RMF policies

Required Skills:

• Strong SQL background
• Familiarity with RMF policies and procedures
• Strong SharePoint .NET Framework administration experience
• Knowledge of building/installing copper/fiber cables and their connectors
• Knowledge of military Networks, especially Army, a plus
• Required Qualifications:
• A 2-year college degree in an IT related field. An amount of experience can be substituted for education requirements
• Three years of experience in System Administration
• US Citizen with an Active DoD SECRET security clearance.
• DoD 8570.01-M, IAT Level II certified

• Army IT support experience
