Overview: S4 Inc. has an exciting opportunity providing enterprise Information Technology (IT), cybersecurity systems and network engineering support and program support for network modernization upgrades at Headquarters NORAD and USNORTHCOM, at Peterson Air Force Base, Colorado.

Specific Duties:

This effort will ensure that computer network defense security services are properly managed and maintained to provide required cybersecurity services. These security services shall conform to applicable DoD directives, cloud service provider (CSP) directives and policies, Joint Information Environment (JIE) guidelines, and are compatible and interoperable with the DoD implementation of the Joint Regional Security Stack (JRSS) technical and operation implementation.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Currently possess an active Secret security clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret+ clearance
• Current CompTIA Security+ CE
• Working knowledge, certification for RedHat Linux
• Ability to analyze and resolve complex issues; high attention to detail; maintain current knowledge in evolving technologies
• Server Design / Application Experience (Best Practices)

Desired Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Have a strong working knowledge of PowerShell scripting
• Server 2012/2016 MCSA or MCSE certification highly desired
• Proficient in managing SharePoint server environment
• Knowledgeable supporting a SQL server environment and able write SQL queries and scripts
• Have worked in a Hypervisor (AHV or VMWARE) environment with enterprise VDI and ProfileUnity experience
• Proven knowledge of computer security principles and DoD security protocols
• Excellent project, technical, interpersonal, presentation and problem management skills
• Ability to communicate orally, and in writing, detailed technical information on troubleshooting and implementation efforts
