Overview: S4 Inc. has an exciting opportunity providing enterprise Information Technology (IT), cybersecurity systems and network engineering support and program support for network modernization upgrades at Headquarters NORAD and USNORTHCOM, at Peterson Air Force Base, Colorado.

Specific Duties:

This position shall support the assessment and planning of cybersecurity related infrastructure components. This effort will ensure that computer network defense security services are properly architected and engineered to provide required cybersecurity services. These security services shall conform to applicable DoD directives, cloud service provider (CSP) directives and policies, Joint Information Environment (JIE) guidelines, and are compatible and interoperable with the DoD implementation of the Joint Regional Security Stack (JRSS) technical and operation implementation.

This includes:

• Researching and resolving highly complex issues
• Assessing on premise and cloud solutions
• Developing and maintaining engineering design/documentation
• Support the assessment and planning of cybersecurity related infrastructure components
• Scripting / automation skills to increase system efficiency while reducing human intervention time on tasks

Qualifications and Skills:  

• Active Secret clearance
• Ability to analyze and resolve complex issues; high attention to detail; maintain current knowledge in evolving technologies
• Subject matter expertise in VDI (Forcepoint TTC, Nutanix HCI, application virtualization, and VMWare preferred)
• VDI Design, Implementation (Best Practices) experience
• F5 Load Balancer experience
• Server Design / Application Experience (Best Practices)
