LCAT: Strategic Weapons Analyst

Specific Duties: Advise and assist the Government with the following tasks:

• Prepare staff action packages in accordance with USSTRATCOM procedures and support USSTRTCOM planning efforts against potential adversary's strategic weapons.
• Engage with the IC, defense agencies, other combatant command, and other mission partners and stakeholders in support of USSTRATCOM's mission.
• Attend working groups, conferences, and other meetings to advance the JIOC's understanding of a potential adversary's strategic weapons.
• Provide studies, assessments, briefings, reports, minutes, staff packages, geospatial information and services (GI&S) products, collection requirements, and other documents pursuant to related tasks.
• Develop all-source analysis products in support of the Command's OPLAN Annex B Priority Intelligence Requirements.
• Coordinate with the Contracting Officer's Technical Representatives (COTRs) to plan, prioritize, and forecast analytic projects.
• Review analytic findings produced by IC or other mission partners and provide substantive comment, as appropriate.
• Evaluate and provide feedback of serialized IC reporting'cited in contractor-provided studies, assessments, briefings, reports, minutes, staff packages, and other related documents'in order to aid in source validation and re-tasking.
• Other analytical functions, to include production of all-source, Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) and Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT)-derived, written, electronic, and multi-media outputs and formal products; leverage unique expertise to support CDRUSTRATCOM and command staff efforts to predict, and deter and defeat a potential adversary.
• Support Object Based Production model by producing new objects, modifying existing objects as needed for a potential adversary's strategic weapons.
• Serve as a SME for Command exercises, Integrated Mission Area Training events, and support internal and external war games as needed.

Qualifications:

• Current active TS+ security clearance
• Demonstrated experience providing insight and advanced analysis of a potential adversary's strategic weapons operations; including assessments of TTPs, Concept of Operations (CONOPS), and identifying potential vulnerabilities.
• Demonstrate a minimum of 10 years of SIGINT experience with knowledge of Quellfire and the object-based production process.
• Has over three (3+) years of experience in analyzing SIGINT pertaining to a potential adversary's strategic weapons.
