Job Title: Sys Admin/Network Management

Location: Orlando, FL

Clearance: Current/Active Secret (TS is desired)

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Information Systems and/or 3-5 years hands-on

IT experience supporting various technologies and infrastructure

Certification: Minimum Information Assurance Training (IAT) Level II certification in accordance with DoD

8570.01-Manual (i.e. Security +, Microsoft Windows, and VMWare required)

Travel:  Occasional

CLC: Sys Admin/Network Management

Job Duties:

• Provide system administrative/network management support for all AFAMS end-users
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and voice/data communication systems issues.
• Ability to provided hands-on support administering and managing Windows Server 2008 R2/2012 R2, Group Policy, VMware, Cisco, Exchange 2010, Blackberry Enterprise Server
• Must be willing and able to back up tier 1 Help Desk
• Serve as focal point for tier II/III

Qualifications:

• Current/Active Secret (TS clearance will be required for one of these positions
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Information Systems and/or 3-5 years hands-on IT experience with at least 3 of those years providing IT Security/Cybersecurity supporting various technologies and infrastructure and HS diploma or equivalent
• Minimum Information Assurance Management (IAM) Level III certification in accordance with DoD

8570.01-Manual

• Microsoft and VMWare certification is highly desired
• CISSP (Cisco) will be mandatory for one of these positons
• Must have Configuration Management experience, knowledge of CCB
• Must be familiar with IP addressing, possess knowledge of UPS, and experience with intrusion detection tools.

Skills:

• Must have knowledge of EMSEC program, familiarity with AFI on EMSEC,
• Must have hands on experience with VPNs, SIPRNET, all facets of sys admin to include user access, incident management, IDS tools, firewalls,
• Pleasant demeanor and exceptional telephone skills
• Ability to deal with difficult customers
