Education: BS/BA degree and 2 4 years of experience

Experience:  3 5 years of relevant professional experience (or a combination of education and experience)

Certifications: Current Security+ CE, Windows Server 2012, and ITIL v3 Foundations (or must be able to obtain within 90 days of hire)

Schedule: Monday Friday, rotating on-call/weekend support

Travel: Occasional

Salary: Commensurate with experience

LCAT: SCSM Administrator

 Position Description/Summary:

• Experienced with SCSM and recent experience with SCSM 2016 or SCSM 2012 R2 in an enterprise environment;
• Troubleshoot failed SCSM deployments and SCSM issues, including workflow server, data warehouse, reporting data connectors, etc.;
• Administer SCSM CMDB, using Cireson tools;
• Manage the SCSM back end to keep the system running, including upgrades and changes to core components, site boundaries and bandwidth settings;

• Perform administrative task from the Service Manager, Configuration Manager, Orchestrator Manager, and Operations Manager consoles;
• Develop and execute test plans for deployed solutions;
• Validate patches and security policies for enterprise tools and operating systems;
• Grant permissions to allow responsible groups to manage resources and work queues;
• Maintain accurate system documentation and provide training as required;
• Additional duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current active Secret DoD security clearance
• Possess strong listening skills, investigative drive, and self-motivation
• 2 - 4 years IT work experience in a global information technology infrastructure environment
• Understanding of other System Center products
• Previous experience supporting government and/or Department of Defense customers
• Willingness to commit to maintaining the highest standard of customer service with outstanding oral and written communication
