Education:   BS/BA; and 1-2 years of experience

Experience: 3 years of relevant experience (or a combination of education, training, and experience)

Certification: Current Security+ CE and current Windows Server 2012 or Windows 2016 MCSA, ITIL v3 Foundations (or must be able to obtain within 90 days of hire)

Schedule: Monday Friday, occasional on-call as required

Travel: Occasional

Salary: Commensurate with experience

Job Duties:

• Provide Tier II support for Microsoft Windows enterprise environment;
• Implement, manage, and troubleshoot Windows 2012R2 or 2016 Enterprise server environments;
• Proficient usage of virtualization tools including Hyper V and VMware;
• Ability to perform system upgrades and updates as needed;
• Be available to work on call as required;
• Additional duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current Secret clearance
• BS/BA; and 1-2 years of experience, or 3 years of relevant professional experience (or a combination of education, training, and experience)
• Experience with managing and troubleshooting Windows Server 2012 and 2016 environments
• Current Security+ CE, and current Windows Server 2012 or Windows Server 2016 MCSA, and ITIL v3 Foundations (or must be able to obtain within 90 days of hire)
• Willingness to commit to maintaining the highest standard of customer service with outstanding written and oral communication
