Job Description: S4 Inc. is seeking a Windows Systems Administrator (Mid-Level) to support the USSTRATCOM J2. The Command is responsible for Strategic Deterrence, Joint Electronic Warfare (EW), Global Strike, Global Missile Defense, and analysis and targeting.

Duties and Responsibilities: Intelligence Information Technology Architecture Support:

• Demonstrated experience to develop operational and functional requirements at the CCMD level.
• Demonstrated experience in CCMD and DoD Intelligence, and communication business process analysis and integration.
• Demonstrated experience in CCMD and DoD processes for development, integration, and acquisition of intelligence and related technical capabilities.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and validating C4ISR/ Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF) architecture operational, capability, and system views.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and supporting development of Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) Capability Based Assessments (CBA).

Intelligence Information Technology Integration Planning Support:

• Demonstrated experience to support the integration and operation of mission applications; assist in the identification, demonstration, installation, and testing of new and enhanced applications.
• Demonstrated knowledge of advanced technology projects such as Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
• Demonstrated experience in IT design and familiarity with CCMD C2F design and operations.

Position Requirements:

• Must possess at least five (5) years of demonstrated relevant experience.
• Must possess current DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II certification.
• Must be able to travel CONUS approximately 3 times per year.
• Currently possess an active TS+ Security Clearance.
• Must be a US Citizen.
