LCAT: System Consultant

Specific Duties:

• Provide on-site support by suggesting systems management improvements
• Assist offices in configuring existing systems optimally.
• Make recommendations for changes in hardware or software shall be made to the SAA staff that will evaluate, endorse or reject such changes.
• Recommend hardware or software changes directly to offices with SAA staff present.
• Deliver weekly report
• Lead all pre-installation meetings, document the input from attendees and distribute notes to affected groups.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a computer related field or at least 5+ years of related technical experience;
• Customer service training and 5+ years of direct customer support;
• Exceptional verbal and written communications skills required to prepare and deliver technical briefings and reports to SAA staff and/or hardware and software vendors;
• Experience supporting both Windows and Apple environments with associated back-up solutions and the ability to install and troubleshoot hardware and software in both;
• Must be able to effectively teach concepts to customers.
