Education/Experience: BS in computer related field; or three years of work experience in lieu of a degree may be considered

LCAT: System Engineer I

OH17007 Job Duties:

• Maintenance of existing enclave of server systems to include patching, anit-virus updates, account creation/deletion
• Regular back-up of server data
• Maintenance of back-up equipment
• Maintenance of all hardware and software tech refresh plans
• Support of printers, scanners, desktop PCs and monitors
• Serve as alternate Information Assurance Officer in a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF)
• Provide SIPRNet account and data management
• Support and troubleshooting systems within the SCIF environments
• Serve as Primary contact for the EMSEC (Emissions Security) for all classified processing areas (except SAP facilities)
• Work Classified Messaging Incidents (CMIs) issues as they arise
• Ensure compliance with Time Compliance Network Orders (TCNOs)

Required Skills:

• High degree of accuracy
• Detail oriented
• Solid analytical skills
• Ability to perform under pressure

Qualifications:

• Server administration
• Hardware and software troubleshooting experience
• Knowledge of digital information security procedures, including proper handling of Classified Messaging Incidents (CMIs)
• Current CompTIA Security+
