Work Location: Colorado Springs, CO

Clearance: Current Active Secret

Education: Bachelor's Degree, or HS Diploma/GED and 1-3 years of hands on job related experience

Certifications: Current Security+ CE and a current Server 2012 certification; ITILv3 Foundations (must be willing and able to obtain it within 90 days of hire)

Schedule:  Monday Friday, week-end on-call duty occasionally

Travel: Occasional

Salary: Commensurate with experience

Position Description/Summary:

• Provide Tier II and Tier III support for Microsoft Windows enterprise environment
• Implement, manage, and troubleshoot Windows 2012R2 and 2016 Enterprise server environments
• Implement, manage, and troubleshoot group policies, active directory, certificate services, Radius, and DNS
• Maintain and manage Automated Message Handling System (AMHS) and DOD Enterprise Email (DEE)

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years' experience, or a commensurate combination of education, training, and experience required
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines, and multi-task
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment

• Strong investigative drive and listening skills, self-motivated individual
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills required

• Commitment to maintaining the highest standard of customer service with outstanding written and oral communication
