Specific Duties

  • Lead the System Administration team responsible for the upkeep, configuration, system and security monitoring, handling backup procedures for a complex, multi-site Windows based network and various brands of switches, routers and firewalls.
  • Provide Tier II and Tier III support for Microsoft Windows enterprise environment
  • Implement, manage, and troubleshoot Windows 2012R2 and 2016 Enterprise server environments
  • Implement, manage, and troubleshoot certificate services, Radius, SQL, IIS and DNS
  • Maintain and manage VMware Products including ESXi and vCenter
  • Provide in-depth knowledge and technical expertise in the areas of Windows server, VMware products, NAS, SAN and HCI storage solutions,
  • Ability to create, manage, and troubleshoot Windows group policies (GPO) and Active Directory
  • Resolution is both reactive and proactive; typically requires significant research and analysis and work closely with the customer POC onsite and in remote client locations
  • Additional contract duties as assigned

 

Required Skills:

  • Current active Secret clearance: current active TS is preferred
  • Current Security+ CE or higher and current Microsoft 2012R2 certification
  • Project management or project leadership experience
  • Candidate should be available to work rotating after-hours phone or site on call support
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest standard of customer service with outstanding written and oral communication
