Job Title: Systems Engineer Intermediate

Work Location: Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, AL

Annual Salary: Commensurate with experience

Clearance: Active Secret desired (ability to obtain Interim Secret may be considered).

CLC: Systems Engineer Intermediate ID Management Team

Job Duties:

• Provide support to the Identification Management team, previously the Special Access Request team.
• Under general supervision, perform high-level systems analysis, evaluation, design, integration, documentation, and implementation of complex applications, such as
• Identification Management requests that require a thorough knowledge of administrative and technical skills.
• Apply higher-level technical principles and methods to very difficult technical problems to arrive at automated engineering solution.
• Skills: Must possess knowledge of Remedy, and demonstrate the ability to use Remedy to create and respond to tickets and produce reports
• Must have knowledge of creating profiles, and ability to grant access to users.
• Must have experience using SharePoint Content Management.

Qualifications:

• Active current Secret security clearance is desired
• Knowledge of Oracle Identity Management tool, and experience with network metrics or Remedy metrics.
• Ability to obtain and maintain the clearance required to support the task at all times
