The individuals in these positions will provide TO management and maintenance in support of 76 SMXG requirements on software maintenance projects. One (1) position will support the technical writing of TOs and one (1) position will support the provisioning of TOs. This includes reviewing data to determine the magnitude of the changes required, and posting updates and redlines based on comments provided by 76 SMXG engineers. The Contractor shall participate in spares conferences, seventy percent (70 %) TO review meetings and Post Integration Reviews (PIRs) in order to address questions and record action items

Job Duties:
Provide TO management and maintenance in support of 76 SMXG requirements on software maintenance projects with newly deployed standard processes to include creating and updating user manuals for software creation and updates, reviewing data to determine the magnitude of the changes required, and posting updates and redlines based on comments provided by 76 SMXG engineers.

Required Skills:
• Minimum of five (5) years of technical order management knowledge and experience.
• Must possess the skills necessary to read and verify wire lists, schematics, and illustrated parts breakdown to verify the accuracy of technical data prior to TO publication
• Knowledge and experience skills with the use of AutoCAD in order to modify TO drawings
• Knowledge and experience skills necessary to review and correct TO instructions for format and grammar
• Knowledge and experience skills of the United States Air Force (USAF) provisioning system and the ability to review provisioning data for accuracy and format prior to submittal for review at spares conferences
• Knowledge and experience skills necessary to review and correct TO and user manual instructions for format and grammar
