Certification: Current CySA or ability to obtain within six months of employment, and an ITIL Foundations v4.0 certification or ability to obtain within six months of employment.

Schedule: Monday – Friday day shift

LCAT: Network Systems Engineer

Overview: Provides requirements analysis, functional analysis, and synthesis of USSTRATCOM's Network requirements. Builds technical solutions based on submitted requirements documents and customer interviews.

Specific Duties:

• Requirements analysis, functional analysis, and synthesis of USSTRATCOM's Network requirements
• Builds technical solutions based on submitted requirements documents and customer interviews
• Perform requirement Analysis for customer requirement
• Perform Technical Solution Development
• Create Bill of Materials
• Develop Estimation for Operation and Maintenance of the solution
• Implementation and Integration of designed solution
• Provide Project Management to include Weekly Status updates for key stakeholders of the requirement

Skills: Ability to work both independently and in a team environment with clients and vendors, demonstrated technical leadership skills, good verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications:

• Top Secret security clearance and eligible for SCI access
• Experience with configuration/integration of Cisco switches, routers and appliances
• Knowledge of network system security, system operations and performance system effectiveness Experience with System Engineering tools, probability, statistics, modeling and simulation programs
• Working understanding of system engineering basics
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products to include Visio and Project
• CYSA within six months of employment
• ITIL Foundations v4.0
• CySA within six months of employment
• ITIL® Foundations v4.0 (required or able to obtain)
