Job Duties:

  • Establish role as being local lead point of contact in the continued drive in the use of document automation, becoming an SME on the relevant applications.
  • Support learning events, conduct research, produce resources and guidance, and facilitate ongoing content development and engagement.  
  • Identify and curate technical website content in collaboration with S4 leadership and technical experts, manage and implement project-wide content strategies to ensure that the right knowledge is getting to the right people at the right time (and in the right way).  
  • Engage partners and learning champions work with program managers, project partners, and learning champions to expand online/in-person learning activities including engaging the growing member base on project websites, collaborating with external partners, and contributing content.  
  • Design, develop, and implement data collection databases.  
  • Monitor and maintain the phone systems and websites within S4 Colorado Springs organization in a technical support role.
  • Maintain the academic record of all students and plans and implements the registration process for classes.
  • Coordinate times and locations for class meetings and resolve scheduling conflicts.  
  • Keep records of all classes/training sessions.  
  • Assist teaching staff and leadership with technological updates and implementations to create a more efficient work environment.  
  • Maintain registration requests, schedules classes/training sessions, enforces the rules for entering or leaving the training facility, and keeps a permanent record of attendees. (Both Instructors and Students).  
  • Assist with compiling registration for students and ensuring access to the building is presented at time of arrival.
  • Assist instructors with Audio Visual setup and support as needed
  • Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.  
  • Direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; and giving instructions.
  • Maintain security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges and sorting/handing out mail.  
  • Issue company in-processing checklist for new employees.  
  • Offer administrative support across the organization.  
  • Order office supplies and maintain upkeep and stock of office's snack area.  
  • Work with Corporate to create an automated tracking mechanism for required annual, 90-day employee performance reviews.  
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining electronic visitor log.  
  • Create sign-in roster for visitors to maintain accountability for issued badges. 
  • Support the FSO with badging requirements and building security.
  • Assist the Director with Facility issues and building support.
  • Assists Director and Ops Manager with contract support to include travel expense reports, administrative support, on-boarding of new personnel and editing of all proposals supporting the NORAD & USNORTHCOM S4 contracts.
  • Assist future proposal managers and team with color reviews, administrative and graphics support.

 

Qualifications:

  • Current active Secret clearance
  • Skilled at using Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Word, Publisher, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint
  • 3 years of relevant work experience
