Position Description/Summary

• Configuration Management Database (CMDB)  data entry
• Maintain records for receipt, storage, shipping and disposal of IT assets
• Assists in management of warehousing of government IT asset inventories
• Perform all duties and responsibilities according to AFI 33-112 to include but not limited to inventory, reconciliation and sanitization
• Perform and manage warehouse, storage and service asset shipping/receiving functions to include:  store, inventory, package, ship, receive and deliver unclassified IT Equipment Custodian (ITEC) service assents to provision
• Daily and on call deliveries or pick-up as needed
• Other contract duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• BA/AA:  3 years relevant professional experience, or a minimum of 2 4 years commensurate combination of education, experience and training
• Experience with supply and asset management
• Knowledge of Microsoft System Center Service Manager (SCSM)
• Previous experience supporting a Government and/or Department of Defense customer
• Experience with Defense Reutilization Management Office (DRMO) procedures
• The ability to work under pressure and be flexible with their time
• Outstanding written and oral communication
• Excellent customer service skills working with demanding customers
