Overview: S4 Inc. is seeking Web Developers to support the Joint Information Operations Warfare Center (JIOWC) in assisting the Department of Defense (DoD) to improve its ability to meet combatant command information-related requirements. In this position you will improve the development of information related capabilities ensuring operational integration and coherence across combatant commands and other DoD activities.

Specific Duties: Provide web applications, development, and maintenance support on-site; coordinate with JIOWC staff for requirements for website design and development; design and develop websites using JIOWC interface standards.

Skills:  (Ability to perform certain tasks e.g., Excellent proposal writing skills or problem solving skills, Ability to multi-task, Able to work with minimal supervision, Proficient Call Center customer support skills, Knowledge of IBM Remedy)

Qualifications:

• Must have an active/current TS+
• Seven (7) years of experience in requirements analysis, design, coding and unit testing, system integrating testing, implementation, deploying, providing service to, providing training for, and maintaining or updating web-based applications/websites.
• Five (5) years of experience with one of the following web development software and technologies: Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop and Captivate; Microsoft .Net environment; Adobe Coldfusion Application server and Coldfusion rapid application development language; web server software (e.g. Microsoft Internet Information Server (ISS)); Microsoft SharePoint server.
• Knowledge of commercial and industry-standard web-application development software including Perl, PHP, Java, XTML script writing, and newer web technologies.
