LCAT: Web Content Data Manager

Overview: S4 Inc. employees selected for this position will be supporting Pentagon J32 with the design and maintenance of webpages on multiple networks to support information flow between internal and external organizations.

Specific Duties: In this position you will be responsible for:

• Establishing and maintaining J32's internal Global Force Management (GFM) ISR, and ISR capability databases.
• Conduct data analysis using a variety of software such as Microsoft Access and Excel and Tableau.
• Apply and adapt new and improved approaches to the design, development, and implementation of data entry, review, and queries of ISR GFM information in other authoritative databases such as Joint Capabilities Requirements Manager, ORION, and ROME.
• Develop, maintain, update, generate, operate, and document computer software, databases, and methodologies and maintain and operate computer hardware as specified by the government to support ISR decisions.
• Solicit, gather, document, organize, and validate functional requirements for existing and new IT systems that support Joint ISR enterprise mission management functions.
• Prepare validated requirements for review, prioritization, coordination, approval, and submission to approved IT system developers for execution and implementation.

Skills: Ability to work both independently and in a team environment with clients and vendors, demonstrated technical leadership skills, good verbal, and written communication skills. Have a solid understanding of the design of complex databases (e.g., schema and subschema details) so limitations/deficiencies can be identified.

Qualifications:

• Active/current Top Secret+ security clearance
• Possess at least five (5) years of experience in multi-functional development project in software analysis, design, development, and implementation for a new system or major enhancement to an existing system.
• Proficient in MS Office software to include Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, and Access
• Strong oral and written communication skills in developing and presenting complex written products and briefing for senior leaders (O-6/GS-15) and higher
